Warranty Policy for Singapore


OM Associates Pte. Ltd. offers an amazing warranty of 3 years on Memory Module as well as the replaced Memory Module carries additional 3 years warranty as per following terms and conditions.


For Dealers/Distributors

  1. ZipMem by OM Associates Pte. Ltd. comes with a limited warranty from the date of manufacture. We warranty these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.

        ZipMem Modules Amazing Warranty:
                    All ZipMem module series are covered by 3 Year warranty, the replaced product carries additional 3 years warranty on the replaced products.

        ZipMem Pen Drive / USB Drive:
                    All ZipMem Pen Drive series are covered by 3 Years warranty, the replaced product carries additional 3 years warranty on the replaced products.

        ZipMem Flash Card (Memory Card):
                    All ZipMem Micro-SD-Cards / SD Cards series are covered by 1Year warranty from Singapore office only.

  2. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. OM Associates Pte. Ltd's cumulative liability across all counts and events is limited to the current market price of product only.

  3. The warranty not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

    • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

    • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.

    • Any damage of the product during shipment.

    • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.

  4. The product is not meant for life saving applications, nuclear, strategic or similar extreme applications.

  5. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be Singapore.

  6. The warranty policy mentioned herein is applicable for the products that are sold on or after Jan 13th, 2011. OM Associates Pte. Ltd. retains the right to update, change or withdraw one or more clauses in part or entirely as per it's sole discretion, without any prior notice or announcement.



For End users

  1. ZipMem by OM Associates Pte. Ltd. comes with a limited warranty from the date of manufacture. We warranty these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.

  2. OM Associates Pte. Ltd. endeavors to provide replacement at offices overseas for Zipmem products. To make a warranty claim please contact OM Associates Pte. Ltd. at the telephone number listed or at rma@zipmem.com within the warranty period and obtain an RMA number, RMA number is issued based on proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase and name of reseller) product name, type and number.

  3. The replaced product shall have FRESH Warranty for another period of 3 years.

  4. For replacement of faulty modules you may send the modules at our offices as given in contact details.

  5. The suspected faulty product shall be replaced only if it is confirmed to be faulty at the warranty location.

  6. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be Singapore.
